The Chair

This creepy chair is just one that I had to photograph. I actually set it up as a stereo view so if you mesh the two images, you can see this thing 3D.

The viewing trick that is easiest for me is as follows.
(theoretically you cannot help but seeing the 3d image this way but you need to follow it exactly)

Get two sheets of paper, sit about arms length from your monitor looking at the center of the picture. Hold the two sheets vertically about 6" in front of your face to either side of the monitor. Close your RIGHT eye. Move the RIGHT sheet of paper so that it blocks your view of the RIGHT chair ONLY (you can use the faint grey center line of the photo as a guide for how far in to move the paper). Now, while keeping that piece of paper in place, Close your LEFT eye. Move the LEFT sheet of paper so that it blocks your view of the LEFT chair ONLY.

If done correctly, you are holding up two sheets of paper, partially blocking your view of the monitor, your right eye can ONLY see the left image and your left eye can ONLY see the right image. Now open both eyes. You will only see one 3D image.

Keep in mind that you may need to tilt your head slightly right or left since you need to be in good alignment to make the image crisp.
